what causes brown semen and when I ejactulate my testicles ache after and I also have had back surgery, with steel plates inserted in my spine and what std cause this, sometimes it is whiye then the last two times I have masturbated it has been brown like blood is in my sperm

Brown colored semen could be due to presence of blood in semen. I suggest you to get semen analysis done. Blood in semen could be due to trauma to the seminal tract anywhere from testicles to urethera. Semen analysis will confirm or rule out presence of blood.
