What Causes Testicle Pain And Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi, my boyfriend is having some testicle pain a few times a day, it has happened for around 2weeks, a few days ago he realised he can t keep an erection he struggles to get it up and then when he does it goes within a few minutes. I was just wondering if you have any idea what it could be.
