What Causes Testicle Pain And Frequent Urge To Urinate?

started out with pain in testicles and having the urge to urinate frequently with only a couple drops coming out. then my kidney area got really painful for about ten hours and then all of a sudden everything went back to normal. no pain. normal urination. this has happened twice about a month apart. now it is started again but I notice blood in my urine

I would have this evaluated with a UA (Urine analysis). I feel that with the blood in your urine this cannot be ignored any further.
