What Causes Testicle Pain And Penis Head Covered By Foreskin?

Hi Doctor, I have a small concern on my testicle . My left ball is hanging very lower when comparing with right one. I found this happened after fever 5 year back. There is no pain normally but when i tried to walk fast or try some exercise it hurts. I also have problem with my penis it fully covered by foreskin . I feel bad on this and I am on confusion, is this affect my sexual intercourse .Is it surgical problem or not?

Hi,
From history it seems that due to your testes very low hanging down there might be having constant rubbing and due to not having good position in inner wear you get this type of problem.
Nothing to worry, many a time this type of one testes hanging down is common.
Regarding the problem covering foreskin on glans is normal unless there is pin hole tight foreskin and not averting fully or partially.
Then this condition is called phimosis and then surgical procedure called Circumcision is to be carried out.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
