What Causes Testicle Pain Before A Bowel Movement?

Hi, I am a 32 year old male with testicle pain before a bowel movement. The scrotum will shrink and the pain gets worse, before I use the restroom. The pain goes away and the scrotum goes back to the normal size, after using the restroom. Applying heat to the groin or taking a hot shower/bath makes the pain go away. Cold weather or applying ice to the area makes the pain worse.

may be having constipation which requeres straining. can be having orchitis. local examination by doctor is requered for diagnosis and advise on treatment.
