What Causes Testicle Pain With White Penile Discharge?
I went to my doctor 12 days ago with what I thought were symptom of chlamydia. A full round of STD testing was completed and all came back negative. In the mean time I was place on a Zithromax and Ceftriaxone treatment to be safe. If the STD test came back negative, what would be the cause of the following symptoms: white/clear discharge first thing in the morning, achy testicles, inflamed urethra. Since then all of the symptoms have gone except for periodic achy testicles and some residual diarrhea.
