What Causes Testicles To Stay Large And Scrotum Loose?

Sometimes my scrotum is loose and my testicles are large and hang. It feels great. But, most of the time my scrotum is so tight that it doesnt hang at all and my testicles are smaller and reside in the pelvic area. Howcan I get my testicles to stay large and my scrotum to always be loose?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Dear friend- what you have described is absolutely a normal physiological response of the body and the area you described to the temperature variations. This is for the testis to work optimally.
So do not interfere.

Yes the problem is if the testis is going up above the base of the penis. You have to be examined by the Urologist.
If this is a retractile testis you have to go for a single stitch surgery .
I find this answer helpful
