What Causes Testicular Pain And Swelling?

Testical extremely swollen red hot very painfull, first symptoms, my penis was numb two days before I have no discharge, then feeling came back to my penis , but my right testical massive swelling red hot and very painfull 10/10 pain scale, is that a yeast infection, or urinary infection. Or something or a infection of my Testical, very difficult to start to pee, and takes forever to finish

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to infection and orchitis need to be ruled out and in differential diagnosis this could be epididymitis, hydrocele, payocele, all these need to be differentiated and for that you have to get done some test and clinical examination too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
