What Causes Testicular Pain?
Hi, good evening. My cousin is suffering from pain in testicles. His age is 21. Height of 5.5 and Has no medical issues. He's saying that one testicle is in double size than that of other and causing so pain from 3 days. What will be the reasons for this?

Ultrasonography and color Doppler.
Urine culture and sensitivity.
A course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory till the cure.

Plenty of oral fluids.
