What Causes Testicular Pain?
I have testicular pain (feels like epididymitis) motrin barely takes the edge off. The only relieve I have is after ejaculation, it doesn t hurt but after a little while the pain comes back. I have had epididymitis in the past that motrin relieved but orgasm did not.

Chances of didymitis is very less if this is to be confirmed then better to get done the routine blood examination for total count, till then the condition can be treated with Tab Ibuprofen 40 mg three times in day, avoid the coitus till the symptoms improved, hope this helps
