I have very tiny black brown specks that seem to fall off my face into the white sink. That is how I seem to see them. Also I have sore that have small punctures in the middle that appear out of nowhere on my hands and wrists .My skin seems to sluff off my face when I apply liquid makeup. I have seen several dermatologists. No real help. I also get small sores on neck and back of hairline that don t want to heal. I have very good hygiene. I am 60 at great weight and active taking very little meds. I eat a very healthy diet as well.
