What Causes The Bulging Of L3 And L4 Discs Indenting Thecal Sacs?

Hi sir,i m 37 year old,last year i hv undergone patial disectomy now few days back i m again suffering frm lower back pain once again i went for mri which reveals partial laminectomy defect at L5 vertebra,degenerative plate changes along adjacent superior end plate of L5 vertebra,degenerated L3-4&L4-5 discs showing diffuse posterior bulge indenting thecal sac.and even comparision of last mri reveals complete resolution of herniated L4-5 disc with resolution of compression of transversing L5 nerve root.is this somethig serious kindly suggest the reason for pain n any remedy or excercises
