What Causes The Child To Chew Food For Longer Periods Before Swallowing?
Hi my daughter is 26 month old.she is 92 cm, 13 kg. I strongle every day for her to eat onces of food. She can eat meat nor chiken and even cook first. She usually choo food for long before swolloing.. I have try multi vitamines formonths now but nothing has change. I don t no what else to do. I have been talking to her ped and dentist . still yet nothing. Sorry for the poor english . im a french speakee
No apologies required. In such a situation you should try a different approach like try different things which she might like, instead of solid food you can try to grind the food and give her semi-solid or liquid food which will have less chewing.
Give her fruit juices which kids normally like. Kids at this age always trouble to eat and it is all about reaching common ground on what they like and what is healthy.
