What Causes The Condition Of Gall Bladder Collapsing?

my father is 65 years old, he had diagnosed with renal calculus measuring 23mm, he undergone for PSWL (Lithotripsy), we scanned after 1 week the stone halved into two pieces measuring 7mm and 16mm. scanning report say that his gall bladder is collapsed.
help me in treating condition as he is heart failure patient having 30% EF

1) gall bladder collapse generally after intake of food as bile is released from gall bladder to duodenum.
2) gall bladder is evaluated in fasting state as it is distended which provides better evaluation in CT scan or USG abdomen
