Good day.my concern during bed time I urinate too much I cannot sleep well because to go in bathroom and when I urinate its too little. But frequent actually and my back body I fell back pain and now I m still 19 years old I can t believe that I can experience like this...

Yes this is not common at your age. frequent urinating at your age is most likely diabetes
mellitus.
Few questions
Any member of your family had diabetes
Do you take alot of water - polydypsia
Do you get hungry and you need to eat more frequently - polyphagia
If you have these two then
The first this is to check your blood sugar level
Check urine for blood sugar and also for any infection
Depending on the out come may need to start treatment
Endocrinologist review is very important.
