Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a constant feeling to urinate. When I do urinate, as I am finishing, it almost feels like I really need to go again. I have heard people talk of a burning sensation but I don t think that is truly what it is. Could this be a bladder infection or something of the sort?
hello! I have been through your question. First I need to know your gender because exist different causes. Related your concern you should know that usually a urinary tract infection( bladder infection) (UTI) is the most common cause of frequent urination. But exist and others reasons like diabetes, pregnancy(if you are women), prostate problems(if you are a men),interstitial cystitis, overactive bladder syndrome, diuretic use or drinking a lot of liquids, neurologic problems that causes frequent urination. So, what I suggest for you is meet a doctor to take a detailed history related your problem and to do an urine test, abdominal echo, excluding first an urinary infection. I hope my answer help you. I wish you a quick recovery.
