What Causes The Deep Cut On Penis Above Urethra?

Sir, after uncovering skin of my pennis, ifound a small cut on pennis above the urethra line. This cut was very small before 10 years and happened with an urethral discharge. Now i notice that this cut is progressively deepened. Pl help me showing diagnostic cures. I m otherwise quite a healthy man of 48. Thanks
