HI,Welcome to HCM.
After Review of your query facts,In my opinion you seem to have-Strawbery nevus /
Hemangioma,which is Congenital
Hamartoma with a tuft of extra blood vessels. This lump is Benign in nature and stops growing after sometime.
The smaller lump inside the
birthmark lump in your case may be due to excess growth of hamartomatous tuft of blood vessels.
I would suggest you to consult your
Dermatologist, who would investigate by FNAC Biopsy of the smaller lump growing in the birthmark and would treat it accordingly.
Chances of Caner in it is very rare and you should not worry, till the HPR-histo pathological Report comes after the FNAC Biopsy of the lump.
Hope this would help you to plan the treatment with your doctor and would help you to resolve the issue which is a cause of
Anxiety for you.
Will appreciate if you hit thanks and write review comments for the needy patient visitors at HCM like you.
Welcome for any furher query in this regard.
Good Day!!
