You can get a clinical actual examination by an Urologist to see the cause and the possible complication that can have. If present or anticipated, simple surgery will cure this problem. The another unrelated problem is itching and can be due to some form of dermatitis. Getting an opinion of an Urologist or if required that of Dermatologist will get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
