What Causes The Epididymis Much Larger And Higher Than The Other?
The epididymis on my left testicle is much larger and more spread out than the right one. the left also hangs higher than the right which I know is normal. ive heard that its find if one epididymis swells a little, but the fact that it is so much more spread out as well scares me a little. any thoughts?

Epididymytis is the inflammation if curving structure of testicles.
Now the most common above 90% cases are due to bacterial infection in young adults other cause like viral infection, post operative procedure like vasectomy or iatrogenic
This can be treated easily by quinolones group of drugs taken in full course with other symptomatic treatment for at least 5 to 7 days.
So better you should go to surgeon for immediate treatment
