What Causes The Feeling Of A Lump In The Throat?
Hello doctor , Please , what could be the reason for ants surrounding phlegm from my mouth? Why does it feel like I ve a got a lump or an object inside my throat and it would seem to come out but instead it makes me cough all the time thereby producing phlegm mixed with mucus on a daily basis? Hello,
Ants are usually attracted to glucose (monosaccharide) or sugar (di-saccharide). Please check your blood sugar Fasting and Post-prandial.
Lump in throat needs an examination of the throat with tongue depressor(needs to be done by a physician or ENT specialist).
If there is nothing, the sensation of having a lump in the throat is due to Globus hystericus.
