General & Family Physician 's  Response
The possible cause may be
f.     Peyronie's disease – it is due to fibrous plaque which causes the penis to bend during erection or penile pain. Treatment is available
g.     Tumor
h.     Phimosis - it is tightness of the prepuce (foreskin) of the penis that prevents the retraction of the foreskin over the glans causing pain
i.     Injury due to trauma
j.     Priapism – it persistent painful erection
Advice
3.     Consult a general surgeon for examination of your penis
4.     Ibuprofen 600 mg orally after meal if pain is intolerable
Thanks
