Understanding your concern. As per your query feeling of food stuck in throat which is due to granular pharyngitis or upper respiratory tract infection. it could be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid eating and drinking acidic , spicy and hot food and beverages . Do warm saline gargles. You should take small meals and avoid large meals. If condition doesn't get better in 2-3 days then consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and go for swab test. Go for sputum test as well if required and start treatment as per proper diagnosis. Sip warm water after every few minutes.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
