What Causes The Feeling Of Lump In Throat While On Antibiotics?

after being sick with a bad sinus infection about 4 months ago. I was put on a antibiotic to get rid of the infection I felt a lump in my throat when I go to swallow. Food does not get stuck in my throat from it. I feel it never left from sinus infection. I have been taking a antihistamine for seasonal allergies and that does not even help with the throat. My mother died of voice box cancer I am worried about it.
