What Causes The Feeling Of Pulse In Thighs?

I have a pulse beating in my thigh that is causing it to spastically rise and fall... I don't believe its a muscle spasm, it feels/ looks more like a pulse. There is no pain, its just strange and annoying. Should I be worried? I am 27, 5'4 and 120 lbs with no health issues...

If you are having less fat, pulse may feel in thigh specially near groin region, i.e. femoral artery pulse. It is quite normal. Do not worry about it.
