What Causes The Feeling Of Shock When Exposed To Minute Sounds And Touch?

Can you please tell me why I always get shocked when I get out of the car like when I close the door it happens the most of the time.? And when I touch things or other humans? It never did this often before but only in past 3to6 month it really began happening a lot. Please can you answer me. I will be glad to know why this happens to me and if it's bad.? Thank-you
