Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m feeling as if my lungs are swelling up and pushing my ribs to the outside because of it. My concern is the ribs. My heart rate is at 123 and I have been in a resting position for the last hour. I have several medical issues: Fibromyalgia, ulcers (stomach/acid reflux), Pre-diabetic due to weight, and a bulging disk in my lower back. What should I do?
thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com....
well the feeling of swelling up of lungs is not very specific.... i would like to ask you some following questions- do you have respiratory distress? do you feel fatigue on doing a bit of work? had there been any cough or blood spitting recently? do you prefer any specific position like sitting upright or lying down on any one side?
kindly come up with the answers and i would be able to help you further....
this can be due to various reasons like lung pathology, cardiovascular pathology, gastrointestinal problems of=r maybe just psychological....
i would ask you to consult your PHYSICIAN to get a thorough checkup done....and he might be give you specific medicines....
hope this was helpful....
regards
