Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pus in urine is indicative of infection.
However, it has to be ensured whether the pus is in the urine or it is a
vaginal discharge.
A clinical assessment by a primary healthcare provider is required.
I suggest you to get a urine examination along with microscopy again.
If there is any evidence of infection as suggested by presence of pus cells and bacteria, a urine culture needs to be done.
In case there is vaginal discharge, the discharge needs to be examined and send for culture to identify the most probable infectious agent.
The culture has to be followed by drug sensitivity to select most appropriate antibiotic effective against the infection.
Herpes or any other infection is usually not associated with pus unless there is
superimposed bacterial infection.
Salt bath alone will not cure the infection till an antibiotic is used.
Thus, consult your primary healthcare provider for further work up.
Thanks and take care
