General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with skipped heart beat I am suggesting that you have an heart murmur due to extrasystole which is caused by the following
Atrioventricular heart block
Myocardial infarction
Carcinoid tumor
Pericarditis

In view of this please do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG
Serum electrolytes
Meanwhile please see cardiologist specialist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription.
I hope this helps Regards
