Hi. I am a 69 year old male with mild spinal stenosis. I suffer from erectile disfunction, but cialis produces an adequate erection for intercourse. However, I get only mildly aroused and cannot reach an orgasm. What non surgical treatments are available? I am also a prostate cancer patient who received external radiation. My psa is continually under 1.0 after two years. I also had a turp five years ago. It was ineffective in relieving the frequent need to empty my bladder. My difficulty in achieving an orgasm precedes both the turp and the cancer by about ten years. Testosterone therapy was ineffective. I have never smoked or drunk alcohol. I have no heart condition or diabetes. I have high cholesterol in the upper 200's, controllable with niaspan.
