General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If the vital parameters as BP, blood sugar; vision, hearing are fine; no other constitutional symptoms as vertigo or others, this can be a non-specific physiologic change in the white matter of brain responsible for irritating feeling.

If on a persistent basis, one may go for further workup with neurophysician and if required he or she may require MRI brain or so forth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
