Hi , Im 24 Years old.Im having pain in my left tesicle for last three months when sitting. I was scanned scrotum and there is no issue. The scrotum gets loose 3/4 in a day. And i can see there is a color change in the Zemen after these symptoms.Seems the pain affects the function of testicles. Please help me on this.
Noted your history of pain in the left testicle on sitting, going on for 3 months - scanning is normal - scrotum gets loose 3/4 in a day and there is change of color in semen after these symptoms. The most probable cause can be recurrent epididymo-orchitis or repeated torsion of hte testis on sitting down as the spermatic cord is lengthened
I would advise you to get the clinical examination when you are in pain and also to have ultrasonography and color doppler examination when there is a pain. This alone can get the diagnosis and may need repeated examinations if the single try is not effective in getting the diagnosis.
Once the diagnosis is made, the treatment is easy and may need fixation of the testis if this is suspected.
I hope this answer helps you.
