Hello, I have had Nesbitt procedure 8 years ago and it has been ok until a couple of years ago. Although it shortened my penis significantly I was able to use it. Last couple of years I have been getting more curvature in another location on my penis. I cannot have an orgasm most of the time and end up going soft quickly. Little sensation left now. Could this be untied and an inflatable penile prosthesis be installed. Perhaps the scare tissue could be cut to relieve the pull so I could get my length back. Tim Olson
