What Causes The Repercussion Of Giving Increased Dosage Of Augmentin To Child?

Hi, I have accidentally given my 2 and a half year old a double dose of augmentin duo for 3 days I gave 10mls instead of 5 due to a pharmacy error, he is fine with no side effects that I can see but am really worried there may be any long term damage?

hello, welcome to HCM. I understand your concern. Please you dont have to worry, he will be fine. Please take care when you are giving drug doses to kids.Learn it from the doctor itself the drug doses. Another 2 days please give your child proper dose.Ther is no futher side efefcts or any internal damage.Relax and Take care of your child.
