What Causes The Saliva To Attract Ants?
Respected Doctor, We are from INDIA.My son is 17+ .For the last two months have noticed that ants eat his saliva and caughs .Got his sugar pp tested but the report is normal (85).it may be mentioned that the blood sugar history is there in his father s family .why are the ants attracted by my son s saliva ? Saliva contain tiny amount of sugar and 98 percent of the saliva constituted by water. Ants get attracted to water and trace amounts of sugar in the saliva. It is nothing abnormal and no need to worry about it as his blood sugar level is very well with in normal levels. You can do a repeat blood sugar level for reassurance.
