hey! I m able to feel the smell of blood even when there is no sign of blood. the smell intensifies. i have a headache and feel lightheaded. i feel kind of pressure in the front part, just behind the nose. i had a infection of mycobacterium 1 week before, and coughing.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be sinusitis condition and it can be associated with hallucination, try some steam inhalation, Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen can be tried three times in day just wait for some time and it will be okay soon hope this information helps.
