Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been experiencing a loss of words the last two days. I am 62 years old and have had what I consider normal word loss for my age ( can t get the word off my tongue). The last two days I have really been struggling to get the words that I am thinking out. No other symptoms. Is this something I should be concerned about?
I suggest you not to get concerned about the present symptoms. You are a wise person and you have seen life. Slip of tongue and loss of words are much common and those could happen to even youngsters.
In that sense, when we age, it is natural that we have it more than the "conventional". Brain activities need to be maintained. to overcome the problem. I suggest you to play brain games like chess or sudoku.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
