What Causes The Swelling Of Head And Soreness In Scalp?

I have had a problem with my head it feels like it is swelling up I walk around in a daze and scalp is so sore in different spots I can hardly touch it please help it has been coming and going for months been going to so many red and had more done been tested for me and told that s not what it is

This can be some sort of infection which may be presenting with swelling and soreness in scalp. Scalp infection is a common this and it may be due to some hormonal changes also in male adolescent. I would suggest you to consult your skin doc regarding this and after proper examination and investigation, rational treatment can be prescribed.
