What Causes The Testicles To Sag?

Hi, I had a pair of saggy balls for almost 5 years, it got worse week after week, my doctor referred me for a lady testicle varicose le embolisation, which was meant to stop the blood from flowing back into my left testicle making it look odd and making my ball sack looking big. I m 22, it s been 4 months since the procedure and i can see that the same problem is coming again. It s embarrassing me as I can t really show my balls to my partner when having sex or let her touch them. Please tell me what can I do. What does it mean? Is there a way to fix this problem?

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with saggy testicles with no improvement following a previous testicle varicose embolization I will suggest you see another urologist specialist for possible revision surgery to correct the defect

I hope this helps Regards
