What Causes The Top Of The To Be Itchy And Red?

My allergies are very bad right now. I have been using over the counter eye drops. Yesterday, I was outside for most of the day, when I got inside - I placed a cool pack on my eye. I also used drops. Now I notice the top layer on the left eye is able to move. My eye is red & itchy. I do not have discharge or stringy material. Help!

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having redness and itching of the eyes.
This indicates allergic conjunctivitis.
The treatment of the condition is by use of anti allergic eye drops.
Since allergic conditions tend to run a long course treatment is usually required for long time.
Along with treatment by eye drops avoiding exposure to allergens will help in this condition.

Thank you
