Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes The Urge For Frequent Urination And Dark Particles In Urine?
What can be the cause of feeling pressed always nd seeing dark particles in my urine... I can t hold urine atall.. it just come out nd I feel like my V is about to fall down... am scared to ask if it will affect me from getting pregnant cos am in my ovulation period now
The symptoms you describe are suggestive of a urinary tract infection. This type of infection is common in women and can start off with mild heaviness in the lower abdomen and then progress to pain when urinating as well as blood in the urine and malodorous urine.
I suggest you visit the doctor to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis . You will need a course of antibiotics, if the dark spots persist after antibiotics, you will have to a blood test for your kidneys and an ultrasound. You should drink a lot of water in the mean time to help flush out the infection. Urinary tract infections don't cause infertility.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Felicia Manickam
