What Causes The Urge For Frequent Urination?

For the past 2 or more years I have been having the urge to urinate all day everyday. I went to the the doctor and took several culture tests and there was some bacteria. So they gave me some biotics and the bacteria went away but not the urge. Every now and then it gets worse especially after I ejaculate. I ve had a scope test and never found anything. Can u help me ?!
