What Causes The Visibility Of Prominent Veins On The Upper Chest?

Hi. I have prominent blue veins on my upper chest onto my breasts but I'm very pale and thin skinned so I usually have at least a little vein showing (they're under my eyes too), my right areola has changed shape (the top has moved upward to form something that isn't perfectly round), and my chest hurts. Only, my breasts themselves don't hurt, my chest does, almost like it's a pulled muscle. I'm on the pill and I use a condom every time I have sex. I am having trouble staying asleep at night and these last couple nights I have had some vivid dreams but that's it. No one seems to think I'm pregnant. I'm supposed to get my period next week. Are these signs of pregnancy?
