Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. It can be fungal infection or warts. Do you had any history of unprotected sexual intercourse? In case of fungal infection anti fungal creams like miconazole will be helpful. But if warts it can be removed by applying podofillin or by freezing with liquid nitrogen. This should be done by a dermatologist.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
