Hello,
You are suffering from thick clear mucus discharge,
sore throat. You have history of COPD. You are having pain around the eyes and headache. You are suffering from
sinus headache. Apply a warm compress to painful areas of the face. Use a decongestant to reduce sinus swelling and allow mucus to drain. Try a saline
nasal spray or take steam inhalation. Warm, moist air may help relieve sinus congestion.
Using a vaporizer may also be helpful. You can take antihistamines to prevent allergy symptoms. Taking decongestants will reduce swelling in the nose and sinuses. Take pain relievers like
acetaminophen, one stat when needed to ease headache pain. Get clinically examined, your treating doctor may prescribe steroids to reduce inflammation.
Avoid anything that triggers your symptoms like alcohol, caffeine. avoid stress and take at least 8 hours sleep. Avoid taking chocolates, red wine or strong cheese. Stay away from addictions if any. You are suggested to get X-ray, CT, nasal
endoscopy done to rule out any nasal septal deviation, nasal polyps, etc. You will be accordingly treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
