What Causes Thick Vaginal Discharge?
hi, so last night my vagina was a bit raw, so i decided to put nappy cream and bactroban around around the area and this morning or afternoon i noticed a thicker white like cream cheese discharge in my vagina and i was wondering if either of the creams could have caused this?

Your thick vaginal discharge could be due to cream used by you, vaginal yeast infection. If it is fouls smells, associated with itching/discomfort, burning pain and not resolves then it suggestive of vaginal infection. If problem persists then consult gynecologist for examination, vaginal swab test to confirm cause.
Following treatment will help you:Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash. Wear pure cotton loose inner and keep area clean and dry.
For infection:
- Single dose treatment of azithromycine + fluconazole + tinidazole
- Vaginal suppository of clotrimazole and lactobacillus will help you
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise. Avoid douching, chemical cosmetics/perfumed soap.
