What Causes Thickening Of Endometrial Lining Along With Uterine Fibroid?
I recently had some abnormal bleeding .. It has stopped on its own.. I went to get an ultra sound and found out I have a fibroid and my lining is 15 mm I am going to have a biopsy done for an abnormalities but how concern should I be I am 46 years and I have not gone through menopause yet...

Endometrial thickness increased in case of Endometrial hyperplasia. Fibroid if big also can cause bleed. Hormonal pill be useful for endometrial hyperplasia. Biopsy report will be useful to distinguish between Arypical and simple hyperplasia as well as if any other pathology present.
