What Causes Thickening Of The Brain Membrane?

Constant headaches caused me to visit a doctor and after an MRI it was confirmed that the brain membrane was thickened ........ I have to now go for further test including a biopsy ? What could have caused the thickening and what could be done to address this.

As per your history is concerned you have headache and headache can be due to a number of causes as they are are going to do a biopsy means they may be suspecting meningioma .(Thanks)
