im 25 years old. im not overweight and i keep drinking so much water but still want more. im also constipated. this has been going on off and on for a while. doctor gave me laxatives before and ive taken them here and there but they just give me explosive diarrhea and then the problem is right back. i eat pretty healthy. i eat a lot of spinach, tomatoes, fruit. i mainly stick to wheat bread. i pay attention to fiber levels. what's wrong?
