I have had a cough and then I went to yoga and did a strenuous class...few days later I have a collar bone soreness, throat soreness/pain and a soreness on my collar bone close to my throat...? I also am having gerd worse than normal....should I be concerned or will this probably just resolve on its on?
in my opinion this soreness is due to GERD only, and collarbone involvement is may be due to recent exercise during yoga. I would recommend you take PPI I.e. omeprazole empty stomach twice a day initially then once a day morning. and for collarbone pain you can take diclofenac tablets.
